When you record online games with Bandicam Game Recorder:
- You can upload the recording file to YouTube directly (without converting)
- You can record over 7 days without stopping (AVI 2.0 OpenDML)
- The recoded file size is smaller (1/5~1/20) than other capture programs.
- It has less lag than other capture programs (Bandicam uses much lower CPU usage).
Please, follow the steps below to record Minecraft game.
- It's better to use the 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode to get the high quality video file
- Note: For stable operation, Bandicam needs to be run before Minecraft game
- You can control FPS (Frames per second) under the 'FPS' tab of the Bandicam
- Note: Only when the target is produced in the 'DirectX/OpenGL' window, the green-colored number (FPS) will be shown.
If you can't see the green-colored number, click the 'Target' button, and then select the 'Rectangle on a screen' mode
- You may click the 'Pause' button to hold the recording (or click the 'F8' function key if you checked the option under the 'Video' tab)
1) If you can't see the green FPS, visit http://www.bandicam.com/faqs/no_fps_frames_per_second_number/
2) If you still can't see the green FPS in Minecraft, upgrade Java.
Go to http://www.java.com/en/download/, and download/install the latest version of Java.
3) If you still can't record Minecraft with 'DirectX/OpenGL window' mode, try 'Rectangle on a screen' capture mode.
1) To increase the FPS and reduce the Lag, click "Options..." button, click "Video Settings..." button, and then click "Performance: Max FPS/Balanced/Power saver" button.
- Performance: Max FPS => You will get the Max FPS
- Performance: Balanced
- Performance: Power saver
2) If you still have the lag, play the Minecraft in Window mode, and reduce the game/Window size.
3) If you still have the lag, try 'Rectangle on a screen' capture mode.
