* How to record your voice in Windows Vista/7/8/10 (Microphone recording)

1. Record your voice with the "Two Sound Mixing" option (Windows Vista/7/8/10)

1) Start Bandicam, and click the "Settings" button under the Video tab

- Primary Sound Device: Select "Win Sound (WASAPI)"

- Secondary Sound Device: Select "Microphone"

- Check at the "Two Sound Mixing" option

- Click the "Settings" button to open the "Recording Device" settings of Windows

2) Select the 'Properties' option under the 'Microphone'

3) Set the Microphone volume control to between 70% and 90%

4) Uncheck the "Listen to this device" under the Listen tab

2. Record your voice without the "Two Sound Mixing" option (Windows Vista/7/8/10)

1) Start Bandicam, and click the "Settings" button under the Video tab

- Primary Sound Device: Select "Win Sound (WASAPI)"

- Secondary Sound Device: Select "Disable"

- Click the "Settings" button to open the "Recording Device" settings of Windows

2) Select the 'Properties' option under the 'Microphone'

3) Set the Microphone volume control to between 70% and 90%

4) Check the "Listen to this device" under the Listen tab

* If you still can't record the microphone sound, you need to re-install the sound card driver provided by the manufacturer.




* How to record your voice in Windows XP (Microphone recording)

To record your voice, you have to enable "Microphone" in Volume Control.



1) Select the 'Open control volume' option after pushing the button on the right side of the tray icon (bottom right corner of the desktop).

2) Select the 'Properties' option from the 'Volume control' window.

3) After selecting the 'Recording' option from the 'Properties' window, check the 'Microphone' option.

4) In the 'Record control' window, the "Mute' check-box needs to be unchecked.


Tip) If you still have the microphone recording problem, select the "Playback" option from the 'Properties' window, and then check the "Microphone" option and uncheck the 'Mute' check-box of Microphone
